real branch, yes/NO sync, worktree state (up to date / N uncommitted), files L/B, and a VERIFIED / OK / MISMATCH / NOT ON BOX verdict. Refresh
re-runs it; Download from cloud / Upload run pull.ps1 / sync.ps1.
A few honest notes:
- First load takes a few seconds (it walks your local files + queries the box) — the spinner shows while it runs. I kept it to a single full pass; I
can add an instant folder-list fast-pass so it feels immediate.
- Comparison is fast size/set mode by default (SHA deep-verify off) — matches the old hub's default. A "Deep verify" toggle is easy to add.
- If the box is unreachable, the bottom status line shows the error instead of hanging.
This was the last thing standing between you and a real, native, self-updating hub showing live data. Want me to go back to enhancing the expanded
detail next — per-file diff + re-sync, and Build/Clean/Deploy with a device picker and live logs in the pop-out window — or tune the status pass
first (instant fast-pass / deep-verify toggle)?

● Time to build the workbench. Let me read the rest of the old hub to replicate its exact per-file diff/re-sync and build/deploy mechanics — I want
the WinUI version to do the same proven things, not approximate them.
